Join us at ActInSpace, go to Cannes and fly weightless aboard the A310 Zero-G aircraft!
After two years, the international hackathon ActInSpace is back and offers the chance to work on CNES and ESA patents.
The hackathon is intended for everybody: students, programmers, entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, technologists, or designers. Throughout the 24 hours, teams will imagine and design innovative services and products derived from space technologies and space-acquired data. An experienced support team will allow those participants with the best ideas, to create a start-up company, with the help of specialized incubators as well as the professional network they will encounter during the event.
Beyond the competition, ActInSpace promotes the use of Space Technology for the benefit of the public at large as well as the future of our planet, by organizing such a large public event around space innovations.
ActInSpace 2022 will take place in Prague on the 18th-19th November. It is also possible to join remotely. Challenges are subdivided into different categories, as follows:
- Business in everyday life: Get your business off the ground using space technologies
- Space4.0: Become a NewSpace player and improve the space sector thanks to ‘earth technologies’
- Humanitarian: Find a way to make the Space Sector serve humanitarian causes
- Fly to the moon and Beyond: Dreaming big, Innovate even bigger
Winners of our national round advance to the international round in Cannes. All the costs of the journey, including lodging and food for one night, are covered. The International Prize then is a flight in weightless conditions aboard the A310 Zero-G aircraft.
