📅  3. 3 .2023, 10:00 – 16:00

📍 Beranových 130, 199 05 Prague – Letňany (CZECH AEROSPACE RESEARCH CENTRE)

Analogue missions – simulations of space missions in extreme conditions, which aim to prepare humanity for life on other planets. Analogue missions are very complex, they include research about behavioral aspects (isolation, stress, fatigue), nutrition, testing materials, robotic equipment and vehicles, communication, and much more.

The event will be attended by companies and research institutions that participate in analogue missions. As for example, the event will be attended by:

  • Aleš Svoboda – ESA reserve astronaut
  • Lucie Ráčková – analog astronaut and researcher of stress in extreme conditions (experience from missions organized by ICEE.Space and Astroland or an expedition to Antarctica)
  • Miroslav Rozložník – aquanaut, expert in hyperbaric medicine and diving physiology with more than 20 years of research experience underwater and in remote areas, including polar regions
  • Eleonore Poli – analog astronaut, founder of the CHASM conference
  • Leszek Orzechowski – founder of the analog research station in Poland
