INTRODUCTION

STRATOSYST is R&D company that develops High Altitude Pseudo Satellite (HAPS). HAPS is a lighter than air platform flying in stratosphere for an extended period of time. HAPS can accommodate a wide range of applications and provide services complementary to satellites for a fraction of costs. Besides of synergy effect created with satellites, HAPS can serve as an individual device or in constellation mode for telecommunication, navigation, Earth observation, and astronomy observation.
